This 2003 home needed more living space with a fresh and open feel. KGT Builders met with the owners to establish their dreams and design style, and then removed the wall between the living room and the kitchen. The new design created a more functional kitchen while keeping the tile flooring intact per the owner’s wishes. A tile border was created with new inset tiles around the island which now looks like a custom rug. White shaker cabinets, glass tile backsplash, quartz countertop, lighted upper glass door cabinets and oversized pendant lights were used to give a fresh modern feel.
