The homeowner just purchased this condo and wanted to completely change the look and design around. New bathrooms, flooring, paint, trims, door, and kitchen were all on the remodeling list.
We built them a custom kitchen with custom Lewistown Cabinets. The cabinets are white painted to match the trim in the home with an arch top door at the top of the upper wall cabinets. They are a beaded inset cabinet with a bookshelf added onto the end of the island for cookbooks.
Open concept kitchen that blends into the living area. New appliances throughout, glass tile backsplash, crown molding, and new tile floors are throughout the condo.
We converted their tub into a shower with a stone-look tile and frameless shower doors, along with painted cabinets. The guest bathroom has glass wainscot tile on the walls and the shower.
We moved the air conditioner into its own room and out of laundry area to maximize laundry space.
There are plantation shutters throughout the home and we added impact sliding glass doors so that the homeowners could capture the beautiful water view they have in the front of their home.
