Every detail of lighting, plumbing, and electrical outlets was captured in detailed plans that were needed for the necessary permits. Theresa guided us through the choices of materials for floors, counters and cabinets. Selections were made and documented to keep everyone in agreement and on schedule. We had our share of bumps as work progressed but the communication with Daniel, the Lead Carpenter, by phone, text and email using the Buildertrend website was excellent. We are pleased to say that the final product is beautiful, efficient, and exceeds our expectations.
