KGT Builders attended the 2025 Sand Dollar Awards Gala at the Ritz Carlton Naples on Vanderbilt Beach on September 27, 2025.

KGT was honored to bring home several awards this year! The entire team was in attendance to celebrate our success.

KGT Builders is a long-standing member of the Collier Building Industry Association, or CBIA. Greg Ulrich, KGT Builders founder and owner, served as the association President in 2014 and as the Board of Directors Past President in 2015 and 2016.

The CBIA Sand Dollar Awards are an annual recognition of the local industry’s builders, designers, and remodelers who are doing the best work in our very competitive market. KGT has been honored numerous times over the years for our consistently excellent design and craftsmanship.

KGT’s 2025 Sand Dollar Awards include:

-Product Design of the Year, Single Family Home under $1M for “Beach Cottage at Fort Myers Beach“

-Interior Design of the Year – Remodel $400,000-$600,000 for “Willowbrook at Pelican Bay“

-Whole House Remodel $250,000-$400,000 for “Willowbrook at Pelican Bay“

-Space Renovation $100,000-$250,000 for “Lely Island Estates“
