We want to be transparent, communicative, and available to you throughout the design-build process to provide the best possible customer service.

Our client portal is where we keep track of everything related to your project. Through the portal, you will have instant access to the latest information on your remodel from any computer, tablet, or smartphone, keeping you in the loop no matter where you are.

Your client portal home page provides an overview of the project, including contact information for our team, the latest message board, and the schedule for the week.

Our client portal is available anywhere you have internet access, including on your mobile device.
SCHEDULE

At the beginning of the build phase, we will establish a construction schedule. You can see this at all times on the client portal to keep up with our progress in your home.
PAYMENTS

You will be required to make draw payments during the course of your project. You can use the client portal to keep track of your balance and pay additional invoices.
DOCUMENTS

Once finalized, your plans and selection pages will be saved on the client portal for you to view at any time.
PHOTOS

Our Project Manager will upload photos weekly to keep you up to date on progress, providing some peace of mind when you are unable to be on site.
MESSAGING

Communication pertaining to your project is all done within our client portal. This makes it easy for our team to keep up with the latest communication and stay on the same page with you every step of the way.
WEEKLY UPDATES

Throughout the design build process, we will provide you with weekly progress updates via our client portal.

You will be able to watch your home’s transformation as it unfolds in real time, as well as view, sign, and approve documents, allowing your project to move ahead without interruption and saving you valuable time. In addition, many of our clients have shared that this technology saves them money as well, as it eliminates the need to fly back home to check in on the project’s progress due to our diligent updates.
