Leo and Karen Kohler were displaced after Hurricane Ian, like so many in our community. Fort Myers Beach was hit especially hard, and now, 2.5 years later, they can start fresh in a brand new custom home by KGT Builders.
KGT Builders recently completed a new custom home in Fort Myers Beach for a couple who were devastated by Hurricane Ian. Locals don’t need any reminder of Ian because it is still fresh for us, especially for those who lost their homes in the storm. Leo and Karen were two of many people in Fort Myers Beach who had nothing to return to after the water receded.
Fort Myers Beach has changed so much since Ian, and many areas still display the destruction despite the 2.5 years that have passed since the storm. Rebuilding is always slow, and most of the Kohlers’ street is still under construction.
The Kohlers came to KGT Builders to rebuild, and now you can see the result!
