Should I expect the price to be higher than the budget when the job is finished?

We work to develop a fixed price contract prior to construction. When we give you a Construction Agreement, we take the scope of work, your material selections, and the new design into consideration. After this point, if you want to add anything to the scope of the project, that will affect the price.

We will let you know if the project in your kitchen, bathroom, or home requires any work that you were not aware of to achieve the desired finished product. For example, if you live in a condo, you may have to install a sound-barrier under the floor. We will explain everything that comes up and why you may need to do something in a certain way so you can make an informed decision on how to move forward.
