Tom joined the KGT team in 2018 as an
estimator after a long and successful
tenure as a general contractor, estimator,
project manager, and more. His
experience includes Land Manager at
Centex Homes, planning and developing
thousands of units in Southwest Florida and
three championship 18-hole golf courses,
Senior Project Manager at Collier
Enterprises, planning, estimating, and
budget planning for development of real
estate projects, and founding Greenleaf
Builders as a residential general
contractor. Tom served as CBIA president
in 2011 (Collier Building Industry
Association), and has held a General
Contractor license in Florida since 1984.
