Meet the Team: Janay Reich, Production Coordinator

Our talented and dedicated staff enable us to deliver on our Five-Point Promise with each and every job, and we’re grateful for the way they make it possible for us to serve our clients with excellence. In honor of the vital role each one plays, we’ll be shining a spotlight on our staff members in a new series of blogs. Today, we’d like to introduce Janay Reich, our Production Coordinator.

Originally from Erie, Janay moved to Ft. Myers from Allentown, Pennsylvania five years ago. Shortly after that, she joined the KGT Builders team, bringing with her a range of experience in customer-focused roles. 

As Production Coordinator, Janay ensures that projects move ahead smoothly and on schedule, as well as serves as a “Director of First Impressions,” answering calls from prospective clients and helping them take their first steps toward bringing their dreams for their homes to life. One aspect of her job that Janay most enjoys is her interactions with other members of the team. She also appreciates handling a variety of responsibilities. “I enjoy the fact that every day is different and I’m always learning something new,” she says. “It’s a very interesting and satisfying job.”

When Janay isn’t interacting with her teammates and clients, she enjoys reading, knitting and learning to play disc golf. She’s also a plant-lover and hopes to enjoy the beautiful Florida beaches more in the future.
